Right to Refuse Services

We are committed to providing International Driving Permits (IDPs) to travelers, helping enhance their global mobility. However, there are certain situations in which we reserve the right to refuse our services.

Reasons for Refusal:

  1. Submitting a Fake Driver's License: We do not condone the use of fraudulent documentation. If an applicant submits a fake driver's license during the IDP application process, we will refuse service.

  2. Payment Frauds: Engaging in payment fraud, such as using stolen credit card information, is strictly prohibited. Any attempts at payment fraud will result in the refusal of our services.

  3. Intention of Using the IDP Incorrectly: Our IDPs are designed for legitimate use while traveling. If we suspect that an applicant intends to misuse or use the IDP inappropriately, we retain the right to decline service.

  4. Abusive Behavior: We are committed to providing excellent customer support. However, we will not tolerate abusive or disrespectful behavior towards our support team. In such cases, we may refuse service.

Our refusal of service in the above situations is to maintain the integrity of our offerings and protect the interests of legitimate customers.

Responsibility to Report Fraud:

In cases of intentional identity fraud, we have a moral and legal responsibility to report such incidents to local authorities for appropriate action. During any ongoing investigations by local authorities, we will cease all communication with the involved parties to cooperate fully with law enforcement.
