Orders
Once you've finished your IDP application, you'll be directed to a page that provides a quick summary of your order. This page displays your Order ID, chosen IDP plan, and essential details like your shipping address.
You'll also receive an Order Confirmation email, which contains comprehensive information about your IDP application, including a receipt. In this email, you'll find a link to your Self Portal Account, where you can manage your order and download your IDP. Understanding the specifics of your orders is important. Refer to the following details:
1.) Order ID (also your IDP Number): This unique number allows us to locate and verify your IDP records. Please note that an International Driving Permit does not have a "license number" since it's not a controlled document. It serves as a translation of your valid driver's license.
2.) Order Status: Current status of your IDP application.
- Processing: Your application is currently in progress, and you only need to wait for a few minutes.
- Invalid Photo: Your submitted profile photo has been rejected. Please resubmit a photo that follows the guidelines: your face should be visible and you should be dressed appropriately. Photos with hats, nudity, side views, or any other inappropriate elements will be rejected.
- Invalid License: Your submitted driver's license has been rejected, possibly for various reasons. Please resubmit a valid driver's license, as we cannot accept any other document in its place.
- Invalid Signature: Your signature has been rejected. We require a signature that matches the one on your valid driver's license. If you prefer to use a digital or e-signature, please inform our customer service team so we can approve it.
- Address Verification: This status indicates that your shipping address is either invalid or incomplete. We need your complete and accurate shipping address to prevent any misdelivery of your IDP.
- Authentication Required: Further verification is needed for your IDP application to ensure it aligns with our guidelines. You don't need to take any action unless our customer service team contacts you for additional requirements.
- Changes Needed: We need to update certain details in your order, such as your phone number, chosen IDP Plan, or personal information. Our customer service team will proactively reach out to you in such cases. If you don't receive any emails from us, please contact our support team.
- Completed: We have finished processing your IDP application, and your Digital IDP is now ready for download. You'll receive an Order Delivery email that includes a PDF copy of your IDP Booklet.
- Refunded/Cancelled: This status indicates that we've issued a refund or canceled your order. For credit card refunds, it should take up to 5 business days to reflect in your account, while PayPal refunds should be instant.
