Upgrade from digital to printed IDP

If you have already placed an order for a digital IDP and would like to upgrade to a printed version, we are happy to assist you with this process. Here are the steps you need to follow:

1. Contact our customer support team: To initiate the upgrade process, please reach out to our customer support team via email or live chat. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with all the necessary information.
   
   
2. Pay the difference: You will need to pay the difference between the cost of the digital IDP and the printed IDP. Our customer support team will provide you with the exact amount you need to pay.
   
   
3. Provide your shipping address: Once you have paid the difference, please provide us with your shipping address. We will then ship your printed IDP to the provided address.
   
   
4. Wait for delivery: After providing your shipping address, you will need to wait for your printed IDP to be delivered. The delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method you choose.

Please note that upgrading from a digital IDP to a printed IDP may take some time, so we recommend that you contact our customer support team as soon as possible to avoid any delays. Upgrade from Standard Postal Mail to FedEx Express shipping

2. Pay the difference: You will need to pay the difference between the cost of the Standard Postal Mail and the FedEx Express shipping. Our customer support team will provide you with the exact amount you need to pay.
   
   
3. Delivery timeframes: FedEx Express takes 2-7 business days while Standard Postal Mail shipping varies per country; up to 40 business days.
